ME Hosts External Advisory Board Meeting

On September 28, 2007 the Department of Mechanical Engineering hosted an External Advisory Board (EAB) Meeting. The agenda included an overview of the ME Department by Departmental Chair, Lawrence Yao, updates on alumni affairs by Professor Jeffrey Kysar, energy related activities by Professor Vijay Modi, nano/micro related activities by Professor James Hone, a presentation on research in medical robotics by Professor Nabil Simaan and a tour of the CESPR cleanroom. The EAB members discussed the departmental matters and made suggestions.
